As a registered charity, our shop exists to support our heritage work. Because of the nature of our products and the costs involved, we do not offer refunds or returns, except where required under New Zealand consumer law.
Donations
Donations are non‑refundable.
Digital downloads
Digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
Physical items
All sales are final. However, if an item is faulty or damaged, we will replace it or provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
